“Have had my bike for 4 years with no major issues. Battery now declining so took a deep breath and forked out for a new one. Ordered onlline and delivered next working day. Great service.”

“Living in Derbyshire I was able to visit the Juicy base in Chesterfield, first to view and try out the Compact Folding e-bike, to ask questions and get advice and then to collect one a week later. The Marketing Manager, Bryn Fawcett, was very helpful and responsive, preparing a bike for me to test, dealing with my queries and arranging collection. They had phone problems and only have a couple of staff at the base, but email responses were swift and full. My first impressions of the bike itself are very favourable, though I have had limited opportunity to ride far. Smart design, good components, easy to fold/unfold and stow in the car. All good!”

“I have had my Juicy Poco for 4 happy years. She is my magic broomstick which takes me to yoga, visiting my auntie, touring with my husband and then bringing home some shopping. I have racked up thousands of miles. The battery allows me to keep up with my husband's racing bike (powered by his competitive legs). The basket and panniers carry kilos without complaint. I have lost 2 screws so far from the handlebar and the mud guard, I emailed juicy and their customer service is second to none! “I have had a Compact Plus Folding bike for 4 years, love it, but locally I use a second hand Claude Butler for the riverbank, though the ebike does well on rough terrain too But with the cost of fuel and retirement I wanted panniers to fit the 20" wheels so thought £20 each for waterproof ones that can also double as a shoulder bag was great. Well I got round to using both panniers this morning to try out shopping, and one bag takes 2x boxes 500g cereals and even an 850g one I tested at home. They were 3/4 full with £30 of shopping including the cereal boxes, though I popped bread in the front carrier. I'm delighted the panniers fit either bike, 26" or 20" wheels.”
