“My last juicy bike fell in the river and was ruined, I tried 5 other makes but nothing came close to my new Juicy, it's just so responsive, I now realise that it's because they have got cadence sensors, plus the quality and feel is a massive cut above other makes and models!, my last juicy had done nearly 3000 miles before it fell into the river and was still going strong!. Plus fantastic advice from the chap I spoke to about which choice I should go for. Highly recommended.”

“I bought a Juicy Ticket bike 5 years ago, by mail order, just as the pandemic started. I liked the neatness of the in frame battery and that it is relatively light for an e-bike. it has been great fun throughout the 5 yrs. I usually do a few short trips per week and 20mls with a group every fortnight. It has always coped very well. Recently, after a short trip, it showed that the battery was completely drained and the power disappeared. It looked like a new battery was needed so I ordered one from Neomouv/Juicy. It arrived promptly and carefully packed but when fitted it did not fix the problem. I discussed this in a phone call to Jonathan at Juicy and he diagnosed that the voltage settings needed to be reset. He emailed me the instructions and the problem was fixed. Totally happy with Juicy bikes!!”

“Had the bike for a while and overall very pleased with it. Lots of hills where I live and the battery copes well. It is undoubtedly heavy compared to a manual bike but I regularly turn off the assist on flat roads and have managed without any problems. Gears also work well. Two minor gripes: the seat is rock hard and the bell useless. It adheres to the law which says a bike must have a bell when sold but in reality it is dead weight. Would have helped having instructions for lights and battery screen sent with the bike but not essential. Overall, nice bike for a decent price.”
