“Didn’t receive free nomination bag was in the invoice so would of presumed it was supposed to be in the parcel. Contacted via Fb saw message but was ignored”

“Once in stock this came very quickly but it was advertised as in stock and after paying for faster delivery I got an email the next day saying not in stock”

“Can't fault the bracelet and charms that I bought....however the way that the items were packaged and sent to me left a lot to be desired. The bracelet itself was just thrown into the envelope without any wrapping. Was not happy.”

“Jewellery was as expected. Customer service well below expectations. Expensive order so free next day delivery- excellent! Next day email sorry all items out of stock! No indication of this on website. When order arrived a week later not all items included! Still haven’t had all of order.Will have to think carefully about using JJ again!”

“All good other than being informed that one of my charms was out of stock at the same time as receiving the email to say the rest of them are dispatched. I ordered from this website as you qualify for free next day delivery when ordering over £95 and I had left my cousins 18th birthday present a bit late! This then meant the final Charm arrived over a week later (with a lot of emails to customer service). Very annoying as according to the website these were all in stock when ordering (and checked again after receiving my email to say this was out of stock and it still said in stock!) so just be cautious if you need your order by the next day as obviously the ‘in stock’ caption is not always accurate.”

“When I received the braclet it was far to small, I ordered a 15 link as I have 2 15 links already and this one does not fit. It nips the skin and leaves you bruised.”

“It didn’t. Told me at login that my email address was not recognised even though they had sent me an email that morning but a very nice lady called Helen got it sorted within the hour.iWas very pleased with the orderwhen it arrived next day.”

“I contacted Joshua James about an order I made, explaining that the metal on the link I had bought had black on it, and seemed to be somewhat damaged or scrapped. I did not receive acknowledgement of it never mind any solution to my problem. Disappointing customer service.”

“Need to make sure you leave a full week even thought they say they post first class! I made the above order Monday evening after reading your delivery information that said ‘if order received before 3.30pm you dispatched same working day’ - with this in mind I ordered late evening (approx 9pm) assuming that the dispatch of my order would have been the following day (Tuesday) as it was after 3.30!! This was great as I then expected arrival either Wednesday or today as I need to wrap + hand deliver to a relative tomorrow (Friday). Strangely I only received an email saying order had been dispatched yesterday (Wednesday) but still thinking you use 1st class mail arrival date would still be today I was hopeful. Unfortunately, nothing has arrived today do subsequently I cannot deliver relatives present on time tomorrow - I would just like to feedback that I think your advertised delivery timescale is misleading as an expectation of 1st class post is not ordering on a Monday & receiving goods on the Friday. This timescale would normally be stated as delivery within 3-5working days! I was hoping to use you again to order nomination gifts but am not quite as confident in your efficiency after my first order. Luckily the order did arrive on the Friday!”

“Item was as describe and free postage offered on all purchases not minimum amount as some retailers stated. Just I ordered 3 items and only received 2 as 1 was out of stock and I am still waiting which is very inconvenient as it was for a birthday gift and therefore had to purchase an additional gift,”
