Plus de trois heures d’attente pour faire le Check in, plus de 100 personnes en attentent aucune offre de compensation offre rien à manger , jamais rien vu de pareil, personnels, non professionnel surtout Amanda à la réception impolie et désagréable, je demande un remboursement complet (9 septembre 2024) arrivée 7h30 22h31 pas encore eu une chambre qui est déjà réservé avec numéro de confirmation,

I placed my first order. Receiving a small discount for doing so. My credit card was charged. I waited. I had an email telling me my order had been processed. I waited. No further communication from Jon Richard. Later my credit card was refunded. No goods arrived yet the item was still being offered for sale on their website. Pretty awful lack of service/ delivery. Won’t bother using them again.

Bought some sterling silver heart hoop earrings to take on holiday. I tried them on for the first time and one broke. A waste of £28 …too flimsy . Will be sending back once home from the trip

I purchased some earrings SSER074145 and returned because the package arrived and the earrings were bent .. I have asked for a refund but not heard anything for well over a week.

Bad experience. Ordered earrings online , very bad quality. I’ve bought one pair in Next, ordered second pair for my friend online in your shop. You can see the difference in quality on attached photos. Sent a message to costumer service , no answer for 1 week.

I received two odd earrings and emailed over two weeks ago. I have not received a reply from customer services. Very poor and unsatisfactory. These earrings are for my wedding and I have no faith or reason for spending my money with this company again, as they do not seem to want to rectify or even respond to their error.

Very disappointed in my purchase. The chain on necklace was in a knot and impossible to untangle so basically unfit for purpose. Emailed customer services twice and no response. Don’t think I will be using this company again

Not happy at all. The earrings i ordered came and i noticed they were too small, so i had emailed back asking to return my earrings and get a refund but got no reply.
