“I ordered a swarowski pendant and as it did not arrive in a gift box I telephoned customer service who were extremely helpful and sent me a gift box free of charge the pendant arrived in two days which was very quick service and the item was stunning.”

“Have ordered quite a bit of jewellery from Jon Richard, Have even purchased Jon Richard Jewellery from Debenhams in Belfast. Fantastic Website, I love the Jewellery, my favourite being the Rose Gold/Silver. I have the whole set plus. When the sale is in it's all collections and brilliant price cuts which of course i love also. All in All, Great Website, Great Items, Great Service, Packaging secure & very quick delivery. P.S. Love the new collection. Would definitely Recommend 100% : )”

“I purchased 5 of the Rose Gold Pave Square Jewellery sets for my bridesmaids. Rose Gold dresses was working out difficult to match to until I found Jon Richards. The service was brilliant, very quick delivery and the jewellery is beautiful.”
