“I ordered the pearl and pave double bangle set in the sale along with other items when i received the bangles which i had ordered for a friends birthday they were both paves i emailed to ask sumone to get in touch with me but heard nothing i also rang and left a message and my phone number but again no reply so i was quite disappointed with after sale”

“Absolutely fantastic service. I paid for standard delivery and it arrived only two days later! I also had a fantastic discount as I was a first time purchaser. The item (a bridal hair comb) arrived in perfect condition and beautifully packaged. I will definitely use Jon Richard again!”

“Beautiful necklace and bracelet I purchased as a gift. I thought through previous purchases they would come gift boxed. But sadly, they did not. I have had to purchase a box separately. Other than that , fantastic packaging and fast delivery. Would highly recommend and would make further purchases in future.”

“I ordered a braclet for a present as I received one as a present and liked it. When it came it was in a plastic bag and I was disappointed it wasn't in a box so I rang the customer line and they were really lovely and helpful and told me that I should have ordered a box if i want it boxed.I hadn't realised this so was my fault. The lady was kind enough to put one in the post straight away.”
