“Earrings and headband are beautiful, however the headband is so flimsy I'm scared I'll snap it and it stretches every time I put it on my head.”

“They did not, I had to visit three different Debenham stores to find what I wanted only to be told they had sold out in the colour I wanted. The supervisor having checked on her computer that the items were available on line and would be at the promotion price of 30% of. Later I bought two items at £16.00 each. Your records will show I did not get the promised discount a total of £9.60”

“I found the present I needed and on delivery they were just what I wanted. Would have given a higher rating if it wasn't for the fact both sets of earrings arrived in plastic sample bags. I now still have to shop for boxes to give them in!”

“I wanted a bling ring for evening wear and knew I would find one at Jon Richard. I wanted a red stone and the one I chose has cubic zirconia surround. Very pretty and I am very happy with it. I also bought a necklace from Debenhams, Chester for my friends Christmas present. Very pleased with it. Always find what I am looking for within the Jon Richard range.”

“I had seen the pug brooch online at Debehams but I asked in store if they had it ,the woman that serviced me was not very helpful said I would be better off doing on line but i would still have to pay for click & collect. So that's why I came to you direct , I was over the moon with everything e.g price , p&p , delivery & the easy online shopping I give you a million gold stars for a great job well done very proud Mrs . D . Adams”

“Communication was very good and delivery rapid. On the downside, the earrings are far too large. If I'd known how big they are I wouldn't have bought them. A picture with someone modelling them would have helped.”

“The items description was rose gold diamanté when it arrived it was silver in colour and not s rose golf colour, I left an answerphone message with my details to try and verify if it was a wrong item packed or an incorrect description and I am still waiting for a call back.”
