“I was pleased with my purchase and the speed of delivery. However I was disappointed that it did but come in a box or any kind of packaging - just wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap. I had spent over £100 pounds on three items for my wedding. Two being for bridesmaids so we will have no way of protecting them now other than buying a box ourselves. Had I been able to purchase the items on the day at the stall I would have got to walk away with a box. It was also advertised that I would get a free item with my purchase which I did not receive.”

“Lovely jewellery necklace and matching bracelet is stunning however earrings are very small and looked bigger on the picture and for £15 not worth it for the money however they cannot be sent back due to hygiene purposes so please consider this before purchasing earrings.”

“Very good products however very unhappy with the packaging. Made the products look very cheap and offered no protection for the jewellery! Contacted customer services, very poor response from them also. Would hesitate to buy again!”

“I have not received my order! Money has been taken out of my account and nothing has been delivered.I have tried to contact the company on the provided number and no one answers. How on earth can i offer a good review given these circumstances.If I do not recieve the order I shall seek recompense via my bank. I also sent an email asking about a product that I wanted to purchase with its product number and received nothing back.Such a shame as I do like your products but I will not be ordering online ever again!”

“Perfect pearls for my wedding outfit! As mother of the bride I wanted just the right necklace, I don't wear a lot of jewellery so was looking for something subtle and Jon Richard provided that. I loved the 30% off the already reasonable prices and also the fact that I could return any items not required. I ordered two similar necklaces and a bracelet and was easily able to return the one I didn't want.”
