“I received an incorrect item. No response from customer services no telephone to contact them just email. I'm still waiting for my refund. First time ordering from the company and will never order again. Appaling customer service”

“Lovely necklace and good deal. Atrocious customer service. Dont respond when chasing for delivery. No tracking. Dont advise when an item is not available - the matching bracelet. Not an acceptable way to run a supply company even during busy period before Christmas.”
