Was sent a empty box with no item in it so had to ring to get another sent, then brought another item and it didn't even come in a box, just a plastic bag, very disappointment all items should come in a box as likelyhood item will be a present. Now I need to a box.

I ordered some earrings for my wedding which is on Saturday. I ordered them last Thursday night & paid for next day delivery. They hadn't arrived by Tuesday so I rang customer services & they told me they had refunded my money because the item was out of stock. I hadn't received an Email to let me know this so I was disappointed especially when I was waiting for the earrings to arrive.

Eight days later and not received my two items. Will be phoning tomorrow to ask why!

Ordered two bracelets, one came perfectly as described whereas the other came broken. Clearly was packaged as so because the bracelet could not have broken due to packaging and delivery. Very dissapointed.

I recieved my order quite promptly but unfortunately the ring I ordered was not the ring I received, even though the despatch note listed the correct ring. It was akso the wrong size of ring so would have been no good to me anyway even if it had beenn the right one.

What was delivered was totally different to what was on show at the nec. The quality looks cheap and tacky very plasticky looking like it was from a 99p shop

I felt that the earings that were part of the set were poor quality and flimsy. It seemed like it was used also some of the silver was flaking off which meant I couldn't give it as a gift. The diamond hoop earings broke the first time i put it on. I did like the look of them and delivery was good and the updated were great. Unfortunately the quality let it down.

I ordered a tiara as i needed it for the next day (wedding trial) i had previously tried it on in debenhams which fit perfect so i ordered of your website, it came and it was huge, i think it would be too big for a mans head let alone a womans

the chain and pendant were very disappointing, I thought they were of poor quality and the pendant seemed too small. It was a present for someone otherwise I would of returned the item. overall very poor

I ordered 3 items and received the package quickly. Upon opening the package there was one item missing. I rang the number provided and the young lady on the end of the phone told me " We have run out of stock" so I asked her is it normal to short ship and ignore the matter or was there a refund she asked me to holds on as this was a big warehouse then told me the product was in stock and would be sent. There was no offer of apology and had I not rung probably no offer of replacement goods. Hopefully my package will arrive this week.

the items i ordered only one was correct.the invoice was correct for the item i ordered but wrong item sent.

Received the wrong item and coming up to Christmas it's not the best time to happen! I tried to contact Jon Richards 3 times and left voicemails to try and get the correct item sent to me and a refund however I've had no contact back at all. Shocking service. Very very disappointed won't be shopping here again

After buying items i realised there was a discount code.the code did not work so i contacted the company only to be told it wasnt accepted due to items being in sale. Poor communication and mis-wording will ensure this will be my first and last order.

The delivery of the order was prompt, unfortunately, the code of another piece of jewellery was advertised under the image of what I ordered. I have called to discuss this problem with a member of friendly staff that guaranteed they would be in touch the following day. However, customer service did not get back to me when they said they would so I will have to follow up the case. This was my first time ordering; I am disappointed and will not be ordereding from Jon Richard again.

Unfortunately the ring was misshapen, as if it had been caught in something. The earrings were far bigger than Id hoped and too long for me to wear.

Bought pearl ear climbers for holiday. When reached destination one pearl had come off earring.Never worn. Very disappointed.Hopefully when I get home I will be able to glue it back.
