“Bought pearl ear climbers for holiday. When reached destination one pearl had come off earring.Never worn. Very disappointed.Hopefully when I get home I will be able to glue it back.”

“I ordered 3 bracelets crystal disc, and one mesh magnetic. None were boxed, they looked cheap and unsuitable for a gift for adults. Very disappointed, and returned to Jon Richard.”

“I ordered a pair of teardrop earrings for my daughters wedding and received a completely different pair. Had to go into Debenhams and swap them. Luckily they had the original pair I ordered. Will be reluctant to order online again.”
