I ordered a hand chain bracelet and a big diamonte was missing but it was for a christmas present so i had to give it. Really upset that this had happened

Received bracelet tried on and broke in my hand. Rang to arrange replacement and to return broken one not heard anything for the passed week. Was told that would receive an email if item was in stock and replacement sent but still nothing.

Found it hard to find what I was looking for. When I went back to look at a item again I couldn't find it after 3 evenings of looking. Got so fed up!

I bought a necklace which I wore over a weekend. It went black including the pendant, so it went in the bin. I will never buy from this company again.

I bought Swarovski line jewelry. The earrings on the pictures in the website looked bigger. For everything else the service was good.

The earrings were badly made, when I took them out of the packaging to wear, the hoop attached to one of the earrings came off. As I was wearing them on the day that I took them out of the packaging, I did not have chance to send them back.

I ordered a bridal comb when it arrived it looked lovely but then I tried it on and had a piece of wire stick into my head and the comb broke in to two pieces very poorly made. Comb has been sent back and I'm currently waiting on a replacement one hoping its been made better than the last!

I was very disappointed when I received the heart bangle as it was not at all what I expected. The bangle was not the quality I was expecting.

Wouldn't buy online again, in the pictures, the colour looked great, big disappointment when they arrived, nothing like the colour, sorry

Very good products however very unhappy with the packaging. Made the products look very cheap and offered no protection for the jewellery! Contacted customer services, very poor response from them also. Would hesitate to buy again!
