“Loved the look of the earings i brought. Unfortunatly when i opened them and took the back off to put the earin in, the whole thing fell apart, so there is no way i can wear them now.”

“My purchases never arrived instead I got an email a number of weeks after ordering to say my order status had updated to a refund-I was so upset as I was ordering jewellery for my bridesmaids that I cannot find anywhere else!”

“Waiting 10 days for my order even thought the delivery time period is 2-5 days , ordered 5 necklaces only received 1 . But yet the despatch note says quantity 5 .. Will be calling the company tomorrow”

“The earrings that have been delivered are different colours, they are supposed to be rose gold and they are quite disappointing. I have many Jon Richards earrings but these are the first I have bought online. Not good.”

“The jewellery was not what I was expecting and extremely poorly presented. I will be returning it, but even that is made difficult by there being no returns info on the receipt. I will not be purchasing from Jon Richards again.”

“I received my necklace only to discover there was a stone missing. I contacted Customer service by Email but got no reply. This is the first problem I have had and have made many purchases so was disappointed.”

“One of the jewellery earrings fell apart and one necklace was so tangled that it ended up falling apart too. On top of that the boxes that they came were peeling so it will be so embarrassing to give as gifts. Very disappointed.”

“Am really disappointed!! I ordered my bridal tiara more than a month ago and it didn't arrive till now.. According to their website it takes 10 working days maximum for international countries.. I contacted them but got a useless reply once only and no one is getting back in touch with me since then.. Honestly don't waste your money here..”
