“Received and item that is for my wedding and it was faulty and still waiting for a refund, it’s been nearly 2 weeks !!”

“Ordered a hair accessory for my future daughter in law to wear on her wedding day. It arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and was pushed through the letterbox by the postman. I expected better service from JonRichard. The item cost almost £60.00. If I had bought in a store such as Debenhams, I would have been given the item in a box. Very shoddy service. I am aware it says on your website that boxes not provided, if I had paid £5-10 for something, fair enough. Not what I expected from such a big company, shame on you!!! Also, I had no notification that it would be delivered.”

“when my parcel was delivered it was dumped beside the rubbish bin .because delivery driver was too lazy to put note in door or give it to one of the neighbors.im disgusted with this service.i no apology.i will not be using this service again.im truly disappointed because it was present for someone”

“I saved an item and area manager knew I am coming from three hours away for the necklace that was the last one and she put it out on shelf how disgusting. Totally bad customer services and no phone payments and reserve system.”

“Ordered my item the first time in the sale. Then had to email to ask where it was, got an email back to say payment hadn’t gone through. That was too late. Customer service said they sent an email out the next day to say it hadn’t gone through. I didn’t receive that email. I bought them normal price. at the end. Poor customer service. Will never order again from this company”

“You create beautiful and stunning jewellery ! Which I absolutely love. I've been buying your jewellery for many years now and I'm continuing doing so. It's just a pity you didn't have the blue earrings 'SIMPLY SILVER STERLING SILVER SQUARE HALO EARRINGS IN BLUE! ' not in store anymore when I asked about them in October. Is it possible to produce them again ? After all they must have been very popular because they were out of stock. Thank you very much and Merry Christmas and a happy new year. Hyatt Maryan”

“Ordered my goods arrived on time brought a ring and earings neckless bracelet set the ring was made of poor quality as two of the arms which hold the blue stone in have snapped the ring is now useless I will not be buying again from jonrichard I would return the ring for a replacement but due to the trouble of returning it etc is more then my time is worth very unhappy ☹️ David Bailey”
