“Ordered the Jon Richard Silver Pearl and Crystal Vine Pear Drop necklace for myself and my mam for my wedding day. Beautiful necklace and can't wait to wear it but the only thing that let it down was both necklaces arrived in a small plastic bag and by the time it had reached us via post, the necklaces were all tangled and took ages to get out. Considering the price of these, i would of expected them to arrive in a box at least or something a bit nicer than a plastic bag so it wouldn't get damaged. Was a bit disappointed in this.”

“Great value for money. Ordered two bracelets and they were quite decent overall. However, one of them did not have its pearl so it was a bit disappointing… also, they did not arrive in the nice boxes as it was on the photo but just in a plastic see through wrapper … so not great if you are buying them for a present (as I did!).”

“Lovely set, neck chain could have been a bit longer but I will survive, maybe make in 16,18,20,22 length to accommodate different sizes, shall be loving it on my captains gala night on my forthcoming cruise.”

“I ordered several items of jewellery one was the waterfall bracelet with crystal dangling bits. It fits around the hand not the wrist and was too big it only comes in one size. Earrings ordered look much smaller when arrived.”

“I purchased the sparkly ball stud earrings and have purchased these twice before as I keep losing one Unfortunately when these arrived they were much smaller than the previous earrings. They are still lovely though and sparkle nicely”

“Very nice pendant and earrings. I have bought them as a gift for a friend but haven't given them to her yet I am sure she will live them. The jewellery came gift boxed which was lovely thank you. it also arrived quickly should you need a gift in a hurry. all very efficient.”

“Everything is beautiful ,,delivered promptly and good value ,,,however products are very very much smaller than pictures lead you to believe which can disappoint if they are meant for gifts , it may be an idea to include the boxes or packaging rather than charging extra”

“The headband I bought was beautiful & just what I wanted for my hair, to wear to a wedding. Sadly, it was broken on arrival but I had no time to return it so I fixed it with some superglue & it's as good as new. I wouldn't let this put me off in future though as it really was pretty.”
