“Necklace didn't hang the same on me as your model. Had to return for refund. Customer service made the return for a refund simple. It was a shame because it was a very sweet two line necklace.”

“I used to purchase Jon Richard items from my local Debenhams and they were always of good quality. Unfortunately Debenhams closed down but then a concession opened within the next store on a retail park. It far from where I live. I nipped in recently and saw a numbers of items which I wanted to purchase. The Jon Richard assistant was really helpful. I chose the items I wanted to buy and presented my blue light card. The assistant asked the NEXT manager if blue light could be applied as she hadn’t been asked this before. The NEXT manager was quite abrupt stating ‘ no we are a concession’. I took my phone out in the shop logged onto the job Richard website and selected all the items to purchase (even added something additional). I qualified for free delivery and items were shipped to my home within a couple of days. The quality of the items is fantastic. I will definitely be making further purchases online rather than in store. It’s a shame as the JR member of staff was really helpful.”

“Good quality affordable jewellery. I have bought lots of small items and always been happy with the quality. However with my most recent purchase the green velvet boxes for both the earrings and necklace were broken which is a shame as they were meant for gifts. Only reason I’ve dropped a star.”

“Lovely bracelet however was disappointed with packaging. It was a gift and I had to purchase additional packaging elsewhere as it only game in a plastic pocket bag. I could not find gift boxes to purchase separately on the website. Think all jewlery should have the option to be gift wrapped.”

“Website simple to use and delivery was as advised and even arrived on the lower estimate due to paying for express delivery. It was quicker and in some cases cheaper than using other retail outlets that stock Jon Richard products.”

“I purchased the silver organic twist necklace and matching earrings for a Birthday gift and they were very beautiful. However, just a little disappointed as it came in plastic bags and not a gift box. I did try to email but no reply”

“The quality is top notch, so delicate and beautifully crafted. I was so happy with how the product looks. It was packaged so carefully and professionally. I couldn’t be happier with the product and the packaging. It was also priced incredibly reasonably. My only issue was it took a little bit longer than I was expecting to arrive. Other than the delivery time, I have no complaints and will definitely be shopping here again.”

“The earrings I bought are beautiful and very reasonably priced. Delivery took a little while but I was notified when they were being delivered. The only downside was the lack of response when enquiring about an issue or a product.”

“Ordered the Jon Richard Silver Pearl and Crystal Vine Pear Drop necklace for myself and my mam for my wedding day. Beautiful necklace and can't wait to wear it but the only thing that let it down was both necklaces arrived in a small plastic bag and by the time it had reached us via post, the necklaces were all tangled and took ages to get out. Considering the price of these, i would of expected them to arrive in a box at least or something a bit nicer than a plastic bag so it wouldn't get damaged. Was a bit disappointed in this.”
