“Ordered a necklace and earrings for my daughters Birthday which are fabulous and very pleased with the quality and quick delivery. Unfortunately the gift box was damaged and I contacted the company by Email to explain the problem. They promptly sent me a replacement gift box and apologised for the inconvenience. Was very pleased with the service received.”

“I have recently bought a number of items of jewellery from jonrichard recently and have been really pleased with the majority of items bought. Items arrived very quickly well packaged and exactly the items I ordered no substitutes. The items that I was not totally happy with for various reasons I returned without any problems and my money for these was returned promptly without any questions. I had to report that a chain on a necklace I purchased unfortunately broke and contacted the company. They immediately got back to me and sent me a replacement within 2days which I was most impressed with. I would not hesitate recommending this company to potential customers for the quality of their goods and excellent service and will definately buy from them again.”

“I purchased the sparkly ball stud earrings and have purchased these twice before as I keep losing one Unfortunately when these arrived they were much smaller than the previous earrings. They are still lovely though and sparkle nicely”

“I placed an order for some earrings and paid via PayPal. A few days later, I received an email from Jon Richard and then PayPal, stating that the order was being refunded. There was no explanation for the refund. I could not find a telephone number for Jon Richard on their website. There was, however, a working phone number for Jon Richard on the PayPal refund email. I called this and found a voice message, which had obviously been set during the Covid-19 lockdown period, directing callers to their customer service email address. I contacted Jon Richard via this email address and received a reply several days later to advise that the item was now out of stock.”
