“First impressions: Overall, a really great shopping experience. I ordered a matching necklace (MOOD Gold Black Facet Statement Necklace) to a bracelet just purchased from John Lewis. I explained this set was to wear at my brothers funeral. I gave Jon Richard only two working days to take my order, despatch it and deliver it on time THEY DID THIS WITH APLOMB! I was very impressed with the empathy shown to me and the first order discount offered. The way the company operate is very impressive. I will definitely be placing further orders. Thank you and well done!”

“I ordered a four leaf clover bracelet but I was sent a completely different item. I returned this bracelet but Jon Richard refused to refund the delivery costs saying they only refund in cases of faulty goods. I think this absolutely disgusting as they are at fault for sending the wrong item in the first place. I would never buy from or recommend Jon Richard again.”

“Lovely Jewellery but I had a terrible experienve trying to get A Toggle bracelet gift box that was broken Replaced. I spent over £200 in all for all my bridesmaids. They wanted evidrnce of the broken box and reference. To buy one was costing £4 plus £3 postage Why when it was faulty should I have to pay an extra £7. My last email was ignored.”
