“Ordered on 18th May,,still not received. Have contacted customer services, been told i need to leave it 10 working days before it's classed as lost. Which is tomorrow. Not sure what happens from there, as wasnt given further information. Only to contact again tomorrow.”

“My necklace arrived broken I emailed customer service right away including photos and requesting a return/refund, my email was refused by their server numerous times. I still havnt had contact from them until the email today to ask for this review! Definitely do not use!! Avoid!!!”
