“Beautiful jewellery. Poor customer service. I purchased a necklace as well as earrings and bracelet for a present. The necklace should have been £100 but purchased at £80. The gift box was too small and fell apart on opening. I did email over a week ago and to date have received no response.”

“Bad experience. Ordered earrings online , very bad quality. I’ve bought one pair in Next, ordered second pair for my friend online in your shop. You can see the difference in quality on attached photos. Sent a message to costumer service , no answer for 1 week.”

“I received the wrong item and it was for my daughters prom. I then had to return the item and pay my return postage, having already paid for express delivery! I asked for the cost of the return postage to be covered in my item refund and it was not! Ordered the correct item elsewhere and received it correctly and in time for the prom. Won't be buying from here again!”

“I received two odd earrings and emailed over two weeks ago. I have not received a reply from customer services. Very poor and unsatisfactory. These earrings are for my wedding and I have no faith or reason for spending my money with this company again, as they do not seem to want to rectify or even respond to their error.”
