“I received the wrong item and it was for my daughters prom. I then had to return the item and pay my return postage, having already paid for express delivery! I asked for the cost of the return postage to be covered in my item refund and it was not! Ordered the correct item elsewhere and received it correctly and in time for the prom. Won't be buying from here again!”

“I received two odd earrings and emailed over two weeks ago. I have not received a reply from customer services. Very poor and unsatisfactory. These earrings are for my wedding and I have no faith or reason for spending my money with this company again, as they do not seem to want to rectify or even respond to their error.”

“I have never thought I could find a team that could help me recover my stolen asset in crypto. All mediums I have used before now have not been productive, which has cost me a good amount of money too to achieve nothing! I was caught up in a phishing scam process, this has left me burnt financially for years. “Excellent my manager loved her jewellery. I always shop with you but just of late couldn't find clip on earrings in matching jewellery sets maybe this is something you could incorporate this for jewellery sets in the future. Will definitely keep shopping with you in the future.”
