The despatch email, should have contained tracking information, but didn't. It said to contact you via email if the article hadn't arrived after 5 days which it didn't. I emailed you twice but got no reply. You do not have a phone number to call customer support, hence the poor score There is no live chat or telephone number, amd you ignore emails. You never replied, the bracelet just turned up after about 8 days
