“Over the years I have bought many items from John Richards and been very very satisfied with them, but two of these items were so ugly I shall never wear them and will give them to a charity as none of my friends would even take them. the way they looked in the picture was not what they looked like in real life .”

“Unfortunately the last batch of jewellery that I ordered was disappointing - usually I am delighted but not on this occasion. It needs to be made clearer on the website a) the length of necklaces (I have a large neck and most of the ones I ordered are too small) b) the weight of the jewellery (some pieces were really heavy) and c) there needs to be a photo of EVERY item being worn by a model. Only in this way can you tell the actual size of the item.”
