“The earings were lovely the gift box was to small for the earings they did not sit well in the box and the box fell to bits had to fix it . Bought for my friends 60th birthday so i was not impressed.”

“Ordered a hair accessory for my future daughter in law to wear on her wedding day. It arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and was pushed through the letterbox by the postman. I expected better service from JonRichard. The item cost almost £60.00. If I had bought in a store such as Debenhams, I would have been given the item in a box. Very shoddy service. I am aware it says on your website that boxes not provided, if I had paid £5-10 for something, fair enough. Not what I expected from such a big company, shame on you!!! Also, I had no notification that it would be delivered.”

“Earrings arrived in good time. Nice size, shape and colour. Unfortunately the back of one of the earrings was bent and although I managed to straighten it out I am not sure how long it will last. Good service overall though”
