“I have bought alot of Jon Richard jewelery and have always been very pleased. Unfortunately this purchase was disappointing. The necklace in the set I bought snapped almost as soon as I put it on.”

“I was sent a wrong consignment. It was complete breach of contract. They sent me a different pair of earrings and contact to call except email. No costumer care.”
