“Bracelet arrived with stone missing. I returned this and requested an update , Customer Services sent a very blunt email which did not include the requested update. No bracelet , no replacement and no refund”

“I received two items necklace and earrings. Delivery was prompt and matching jewellery was lovely. The reason for only 2 stars is the earrings sent are faulty. I’ve sent two emails to customer service explaining the fault but have had no communication back as to what I do to exchange for a new pair.”

“I was disappointed the necklace chain was very short I bought a longer chain but couldn't fit it through the very small hole on the pendant even though I bought a fine chain. The pendant earrings and bracelet are lovely but I am not able to wear the necklace.”

“Im very happy with the items I purchased as a gift. The jewellery is very pretty and looks nice on. There was an issue with the postcode however after contacting john richards the items were reposted so I would definitely use again”

“Never dispatched the whole order, no email to say they were doing this either just didn't send it. 7 days and 8 emails later customer service finally replied, extremely rude in their replies and still not refunded despite them saying it's been sent. Now seeking legal action against them, what did turn up is dirty, marked and not what was advertised, save your money and shop elsewhere”
