“lovely chain and earrings, I was a bit disappointed as I was expecting the stone in the earrings and neck chain to be a bit bigger, never mind I dont often buy on line, next time I will buy from Pearsons store Enfield”

“Paid £10 for shipping to Ireland and then had to pay another 20% VAT!! I wasnt warned by Jon Richard.com that I would be charged customs. Most UK suppliers warn the customer of this, or else the charge does not apply”

“Happy with the jewellery however you let yourself down with the packaging. When I received the set it was all bundled up in the corner or the box, the boxes you use to display the items are not nice they don't sell your company well at all and for something I am gifting to my daughter I am disappointed in the presentation quality.”

“I loved the knot charm and quality of the necklace. Appreciated being able to make a charity donation but did not like the little 'felt' bag I ordered. Would have preferred actual felt. Looked a little cheap.”
