“Necklace arrived with broken clasp but after notifying customer services they messaged to say they would send a new one out and no need to return the broken one. Needless to say this is excellent customer service and I can’t speak highly enough about Jon Richard.com”

“Ordering was easy, the jewellery came as described on the web site, some in a gift box the rest wrapped well in bubble bags. Prices are reasonable and overall the service from start to finish was great. Have shopped with Jon Richard before and will be using them again”

“Delivery arrived in good time but product was much lower quality than anticipated. Called and spoke to someone who talked me through the returns. Easily sorted and refund arrived equally as fast. Although I didn't love the product, dealing with this company was super easy”
