“The necklaces I bought (in the sale) are lovely. I had one personalised and wasn't sure my request had worked, but a quick message to customer services was soon answered and I was reassured that this was in hand. The items were delivered quickly and I like the fact that packaging is secure without being too much, the parcel fitted through the letterbox.”

“My order was delivered to the wrong address by Royal Mail; the Customer Service team issued an immediate replacement; excellent service! Both earrings are fabulous-one is bought as a present and I am sure that the birthday girl will love them!”

“I ordered several items of jewellery one was the waterfall bracelet with crystal dangling bits. It fits around the hand not the wrist and was too big it only comes in one size. Earrings ordered look much smaller when arrived.”
