“The jewellery was not what I was expecting and extremely poorly presented. I will be returning it, but even that is made difficult by there being no returns info on the receipt. I will not be purchasing from Jon Richards again.”

“Purchased the two coloured swirl pendant, really gorgeous. so much so, i ordered the ring and the swirl Earrings to match. I am very happy with the pendant i received, although i must say, i thought it would have been boxed, it was just in a little plastic bag. then again, maybe i have to purchase a box, was'nt sure, all in all i still give it 10/10, packaging & delivery was great. Love your website. : )”

“The delivery of the order was prompt, unfortunately, the code of another piece of jewellery was advertised under the image of what I ordered. I have called to discuss this problem with a member of friendly staff that guaranteed they would be in touch the following day. However, customer service did not get back to me when they said they would so I will have to follow up the case. This was my first time ordering; I am disappointed and will not be ordereding from Jon Richard again.”
