“Great value and good quality item. Quick delivery time. Only negative comment: tiaras from Jon Richard in Debenhams come in display box, but the one I ordered direct from Jon Richard website came in plain brown cardboard box wrapped in bubble wrap.”

“I was initially delighted when I received the earrings. Unfortunately, one of the fasteners would not allow the post of the earring to go through and while trying to fasten it the post actually bent. I had to use a butterfly fastener from one of my other earrings. Apart from that they are lovely and stayed in better than the kind with the shepherd's crook fastening.”

“Nice items, I had to return them simply because the pearls were not the right colour. Only disappointment was that considering how much money I spent the items arrived poorly packaged in bubble wrap. I would have expected them to be boxed & not in a flimsy postage bag.”

“Products arrived in good time and were lovely items however they were all on cheap looking card instead of inside a nice gift box Very disappointing as they are for gifts so now have to purchase separate boxes!”

“Just received my 2 pairs of earings, one of which was a set of ear cuffs which unfortunately one of them fell apart as I tried to put on. but I was happy with the help I received when I rang the company. Hope To order more as there appears to be some very pretty earings.”

“Love my jewellery but really wasn't happy that it came in a plastic bag I think it should come in a wee storage box it's not that it's cheap but it came really fast”

“Was very impressed with the range of jewellery available from Jon Richard and the quick delivery. However, I would have liked to see more sets of matching items available for the items I selected. If indeed they were available, the web site didn't make them obvious.”

“I bought the jewellery for my bridesmaids and I have to say they a beautiful. The only issue I had was the way in which they were bagged up in little plastic bags and shoved in the box. It took me ages to de-tangle the necklace chains which I found really frustrating considering how much I paid for them. Then had to display them myself in the box.”

“I bought 4 items in the sale two are faulty and have to send back. I rang your Manchester office and told them. They said send the items back and they will replace them. I had to ask if I was expected to pay the postage to return them. The operator was not sure and had to ask a supervisor. Eventually the supervisor arranged for a free postage slip to be emailed to me.”

“Initially I purchased a bracelet from the wedding show and was extremely disappointed for it to be out of stock. However I looked on the website and found a beautiful infinity bangle for the same price. It arrived the next day and I must say I am really pleased with it. Looks stunning. Thanks”

“The ring was nice, solid, would have loved a nice packaging to it, came through the post which is good cause I'm not always available to answer the door, unfortunately size small was more of a size K ring size rather than J so I had to send it back, which was free so all good!”
