“Really nice pens, they make a gift”

“The jewellery itself is lovely and just what I'd hoped for. However I was quite disappointed to recieve the 7 sets I ordered as gifts for my bridesmaids in little plastic bags, rather than the lovely jewellery boxes as pictured. It was not made clear that that wouldn't be how they were presented. Not ideal and have since had to purchase boxes to present them in from a different source.”

“I was pleased with the items that arrived. However, One item was no longer available and I had paid £6.00 for this item, but I was only credited with £5.40. No one told me that I would not get the full price I had paid on any item that was unavailable.”

“The only thing I would say is the bangle I bought the catch is not good. Keeps opening and the bangle falls off. Had to put a little piece of sellotape round it to insure I don't lose it. So should think about redesigning the catch to keep it shut. That's my only gripe. Love the design of the bangle and delivery was good. Thankyou , Rosalind Scott”

“Jewellery arrived on time and was of a great quality. However customer service was extremely poor - tried to phone to change the delivery method on my order and there wasn't anyone to take my call. Phoned 7 different times and still didn't get through to anyone. Luckily my items were delivered in time for when I needed them.”

“I am writing about the long grey necklace. I have a few of these in various colours. They are very good value for money and the only complaint I have is the ticket and elastic attached to the necklace. It is extremely difficult to remove, indeed most of the necklaces I have still bear traces of it! Other than that, a fantastic product that brightens up any outfit!”

“I received my items quickly. One of the bracelets was broken but when I called customer services they shipped another out to me on the same day. The only issue I had was that there wasn't an email address to contact and leave a paper trail.”

“Lovely jewellery at a great price. Quick delivery. I didn't expect the jewellery to arrive in little plastic bags in a box though, thought they would have at least been in a small velvet pouch for example.”

“Ordered bangles as a gift, and some for myself. They are very pretty but such a shame it doesn't come in a presentable box or bag, just literally some clear factory type wrapper. So now I must find my own box and bag to give the gifts in.”

“Product is lovely I saw it originally in debenhams but was a sale online so got it with 30% decent. I am very disappointed with the packaging it wasn't in a plastic box like in debenhams and seems to have been squashed in tiny packaging. Need to check product fully to ensure not damaged.”
