“Product was nice, a little smaller than the picture online made it seem but very nice, the price was even better. Only disappointment for me was the packaging. Box arrived marked making it look dirty (wouldn't mind for myself but am giving as a gift) and the necklace arrived tangled in knots.”

“Lovely earrings, just as described and true to image. Customer service was excellent, the original set I was after wasn't in stock (I'd ordered 3 sets for a wedding), this order was quickly cancelled and they checked the alternative earrings stock situation while I was on the phone. I placed an order and they were with me really quickly.”

“The jewellery itself is lovely and just what I'd hoped for. However I was quite disappointed to recieve the 7 sets I ordered as gifts for my bridesmaids in little plastic bags, rather than the lovely jewellery boxes as pictured. It was not made clear that that wouldn't be how they were presented. Not ideal and have since had to purchase boxes to present them in from a different source.”

“I was pleased with the items that arrived. However, One item was no longer available and I had paid £6.00 for this item, but I was only credited with £5.40. No one told me that I would not get the full price I had paid on any item that was unavailable.”
