“I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Hazvi Chimbetete. It's difficult to express in words how supportive and professional the service offered by Hazvi was. I was updated on each stage of the mortgage application and walked through the home buying process as a first time buyer. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family. Really astounding service from Havzi.”

“Exceptional from start to finish. David Pudney was brilliant throughout the process. As a first time buyer, he talked me through each step, put me at ease, gave great advice and got me a superb interest rate (given the current climate). I would definitely recommend John Charcol to others and will certainly be going to David again for any future mortgages or renewals.”

“John charcol as a whole of market and Raza Akhter is a wonderful man who went above and beyond to help me in my mortgage application. Even though my case was complicated he really helped to get my mortgage. Before meeting raza 2 mortgage advisor rejected me and said its complicated and you wouldn’t get it. But Raza patiently listened my case and helped me achieve my dream home.”

“We had the pleasure of dealing with Reiss and Bilal for the mortgage of our property, and despite many hurdles and many requests, Reiss and Bilal managed to get this sorted for us!
