“John Charcol helped us through our mortgage and first flat purchase. Over the course of almost a year and one false start on our first offer, they consistently provided amazing service and help. Then for subsequent mortgage life insurance, they were extremely responsive and found suitable coverage after extensive hunting while others may not have been able to. I highly recommend John Charcol for help with mortgage and mortgage insurance. Great service and a genuine concern with extremely fair flat pricing.”

“Paul was informative, incredibly patient and really consistent. I worked with other mortgage advisors before finding John Charcoal and Paul has by far been the best. You can tell when a person has a genuine passion for their work as it come across in the service they deliver. Very grateful for the effort you put in Paul. I would absolutely recommend!”
