“Deepak, our mortgage advisor at John charcoal, was immensely helpful and instrumental in completing our transaction in time. Being first time buyers, we were unaware of many things but Deepak helped us to find a way and was always a phonecall away. It definitely reduced our stress and the process very smooth. Will definitely recommend them to everyone.”

“Andrew was able to obtain a mortgage for me after i struggled to get one. His service was second to none. He was quick, always offering advise and helped me to understand everything i needed to know along the way. Since my house purchase 3 years ago now, Andrew has now been able to obtain a mortgage for my daughter and is guiding her through the process too as a FTB. I have also now recommended him to my sister! If you have any doubts with your mortgage advisor then rest assured you wont with this firm, truly is a blessing in disguise. Give them a try and you wont be dissappointed.”

“My whole experience with all members of John Charcoal has been a pleasure. Adam Hussain, Tom Bridle and Emma Moores are informed, professional and personable through all the stages of the process. I am still going through my process, but the personal touch each have incorporated into their conversations have left me with feeling of understanding and acknowledgment. Whilst I have no complaints about their service (so far at least), it’s the people who have made this experience exceptional.”

“Hi JohnCharcoal team. We had Shaahid work on our mortgage. Such a cool calm headed and confident man, very mature and a keen listener. Our situation was challenging. We already had a broker come back to us to advise they couldn’t find us a lender. Shaahid kept us very informed and each time would reassure us.he became more than a broker, very concerned for his client, keen to listen and very understanding. Shaahid not only secured a mortgage but for the best rates in uk. Very delighted it was Shaahid. Want to say, he is a very responsible man, and has a natural ability for client management, constructive reasoning and coaching.
