“I was very pleased with the service from both Nahid Hussain and Tom Clifford. They were both very helpful in keeping me up to date with the remortgage process and I would recommend Simply Finance in the future. Also the solicitors Gordons Property Lawyers were a credit to the whole process. Thank you very much and I will be using your services in the coming year on at least one other remortgage. “Communication wasn't the best all the time between the company but the two men who dealt with our mortgage were nice and friendly . took a little longer than expected due to incompetent solicitors !”

“Everyone as Simply Finance was excellent from first contact through to completion. We got a great deal on the mortgage itself and no hard sell on associated insurances etc. There were some tricky parts so we were very grateful to have experts on hand to guide us through. I have always been reluctant to use a broker in the past and tried to do it myself but I will not hesitate in the future.”

“The transaction of remortgaging my property started with lots of energy. However, it lost momentum and took over half a year to go through.”

Dear Christine, we received your application on 3rd September and we obtained an Offer from the lender 6 weeks after that date, having reviewed how our team managed your application I am happy with how your adviser and case handler worked your application. You instructed your own solicitors, I can only assume you are as frustrated as we are with that firm as they are certainly difficult to deal with! We look forward to helping you again in the future as and when you need us.

“We had a very hard time with other problems going on around us and took a while to get all this sorted, Simon Walklin-Knight and Helen Butler went above and beyond to put our minds at rest, they kept us informed at all times and I think if it wasn't for there positivity we would have given up. I would like to thank everyone that was involved in our case and let you know I would highly recommend your service to friends and family. KIndest regards Lucy & John Haines”
