“John Charcol had to swoop in when our bank let us down. From the moment i called we had nothing but exceptional service and we closed on our house in a matter of a month. The service was good because the staff looked after me and realised the stress we had with been through. Johan charcol understood how hard the process is and not only did we get the results we wanted, our very own house. We were also looked after so well.”

“I heard of John Charcol from a friend. I didn't have much idea as this was the first time I was looking for mortgage advice. Adviser Adam was super helpful through out. He helped to find the deal suits my needs best. He was very patient with all my queries. Application phase went very smoothly and I got the offer in about 2 weeks. I have already got my keys last week! Here to say a big thank you to Adam and all other staffs helped me from John charcoal through out my purchase!”

“I wasn't sure if I could raise the financing I needed, two remortgages plus one new buy to let deal, Steven crunched the numbers, said it would work, put it all in place, it worked! Minimum fuss, maximum great service.”

“We have had a challenging mortgage process, but Fiona Allen went way 'above and beyond' getting it done and completed on time. “Sabbi explained the whole process in simple terminology and explained what would be happening. He went above and beyond to find me the best rates and kept me informed of what was happening. He worked out of hours to call me when I couldn't take calls during my work time. What a star :)”

“Made the process so much easier for us! It was a complex mortgage case and we didn't really know where to start - Nicole still helped us find a value for money mortgage that worked for us both. “What an amazing service! Not only would we highly recommend, but we shall definitely use John Charcol again. Staff went above and beyond with helpful advice and to ensure everything went smoothly for our house purchase. I really couldn't ask for more. A joy to deal with, especially when the auction house and seller's solicitors were so difficult. A huge thank you to Randeep, Tiara and Hayley (who clearly demonstrate that organisations can communicate), with particular thanks to Tiara for her late night and short notice support.”

“as a returning customer, customer service at john charcoal has always been excellent. I have dealt with Randeep Sodhi on two occasions and he is an outstanding advisor, who will find solutions to any problem, is efficient and incredibly helpful. “Nicole Leng and Holly Grant are excellent employees who are a credit to John Charcoal. They are very professional and don’t stop until the work is done. They have recently completed on 2 remortgage deals and they took all the worry out of it for my husband and I. They continued to keep us updated and explaining along the way where we were and next stages etc.”
