“Everything purchased like glass or mirror has arrived broken to bits - surely should not be selling this, I know its buyer beware but thats ridiculous. Most items are not working, 99% - so probably wont be visiting this site much now.”

“Mixed bag as advertised and expected but very expensive for the quality of the goods 4 lower value items 2 higher value items 1 of each value is broken and cannot be repaired with a rrp of £150 and £450 that takes any margin away but it’s a risk buying pallets and won’t stop me buying another”

“Great price's and loads of choice but the packaging is shocking, yet again 6 boxes delivered that look like some has played football with them, don't bother buying anything glass, it's not getting to you in one piece, bit's missing because the boxes haven't been tapped right, could do so much better”

Secondly, the buyer must choose with whom he wants to send the items he bought from you because a delivery company like roya lmail is very bad. “Most of the time I get things sorted,however most recently I have complained about parcels being late and paying for 1-2 days postage but not getting them for days later,on one occasion I received a refund,but on the last occasion i got no refund,therefore I will no longer use the 1-2 day delivery option”

“At the beginning u were selling great stuff at the right price now. Now the items ur selling is not worth bidding on.because u have to pay by midnight so u pay for it. Pay for delivery then the next day u spot something u want then realise u have to pay for delivery again. Some items r not worth bidding on because of the delivery charge. Like some items are cheap then u pay that day then the same thing is on the next day but the starting bid has gone up with no bids”
