The new website is not user friendly. It's hard to maneuvere. I much preferred the old site. Extra payment has been taken out of my bank on the first day the website went live which I am still trying to resolve. I do like that getting it dispatched and delivered is fast.

Easy site to use with some good stuff and great prices. But fails to come to postage instead of sending 1 box with all in I got sent 2 on different days so had to take days of work

Very disappointed with the experience this time. All the products purchased were listed as returnd but in reality many of them are used, damaged, incomplete and unusable. Will have to think well if will make another puchase from the platform

I have had some great deals in the past and although the postage was never the quickest the actual stock was almost always as expected and good quality. Lately the starting prices have gone up considerably and have made it to expensive to buy when you include the postage. The mix of goods also seems very limited at present. (03/10/24) As I sell online and at Boot sales I need lower prices to make it worthwhile for my customers and myself.

I recently bought 32 shredders but 18 were broken and past repair. I accept that some items will be damaged but not that many it makes it impossible to make your money back

Not always get what you won which is disappointing. Also packages not packed properly with items getting damaged during shipping ( heavy stuff placed on top of fragile items

I really like this trading site mostly is very efficient and clear. However, I have just missed an auction payent for the frst time and been denied access without having the option to clear the funds. It would be nice to be given the choice to clear it before this happens. But on the whole its a good site.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It sounds like your bid got cancelled due to missed payment. If you haven't made a payment for your won bids by midnight, then our auto-payment system will kick in and attempt to create the order for you, if this fails then the bid is cancelled so that the auction can be relisted and the user will receive a warning or suspension; based on the number of previously missed payments on the user's account. As we have a huge number of users on our platform, winning thousands of auctions per day, we have to ensure that any lost time for auctions that were won and not paid for is reduced as much as possible to limit our financial loss, so in order to do this we cancel and relist unpaid auctions as soon as the deadline is missed and our secondary payment option fails to create the order. To avoid further warnings and/or suspensions on your account, please ensure that all won auctions are paid for before midnight. The weight of items isn't accurate making the delivery charge quite a lot more than the cost of the item. Also they have many single item auctions which could be bought for personal use yet vat has to be paid on it separately.

Generally the experience is good but too many lots have items missing that are significant and not identified in the listing. There is a clear disclaimer to this effect but sometimes the missing part is significant and could clearly be identified. Hence, some lots are a gamble and the price has to be right to reflect that risk.

Not all of the items have the right bit’s with them and some of the items I put in the bin but it is a auction site.but 80per cent is good and packing could do with improving

Good company to deal with, easy purchase and good delivery but disappointed with the product. They were advertised as shower curtains but the products are actually shower curtain LINERS, there is a difference, I feel a little mislead!!!

In general it is a good website. Customer services are very bad fro past experiences. I don't know why I get an option on this surevey Telephone communication - This is NON excisting. Only way to do any form of communication is via e-mail and this takes forever to get a proper answer. They changed their delivery of stocks to Yodel. I DO Not rate this courier at all. Their App and website are rather poor. You do not get proper delivery time slots - very short notice. Unlike DPD where you know when and proper time slots

A lot of items missing, not like manifested. Sometimes can get other item in place, but when I'm bid I take attention to manifest and that increase my highest bid.

Some products that are on sale should be binned and not sold .its a gamble when you buy as somtime not the same as photo .or in a disgusting state when it's a returns .you don't get the tax and shipping cost when you get a refund

Good experience shopping but you could leave items for 24 hrs after winning. Some people are unable to pay immediately.
