From previous order I'm not received a lot of item I think that you need to order with a small number of orders, this is very bad, I hope you will choose delivery partners who do not lose goods

If you have reasonable (or low) expectations, you will find bargains; if you expect like-new products, you are likely to be disappointed. Items can arrive in good condition AS WELL AS damaged or broken or with missing parts. To be fair, it is all in the T&C. Think before you bid.

Some good bargains to be had. But buyer beware when purchasing returns, some are as new, some are new and some are utterly useless, with missing parts, broken and my last one I put straight in the bin, stunk of chip fat (in a paper shredder?). Like I said, some good bargains, but understand the risk when purchasing returns.

3 stars because one of the products came incomplete. A stool came with only 2 legs instead of 3. Overall, good pricing and timely delivery.

Sent wrong items. 24 Hour + response via email, then forms to fill out to apply for a refund, still waiting to hear the outcome. Don't waste your time.

Some very good experiences, however, some terrible. It's kind of lucky bag. Sometimes you will get bargains, others severe damage products, completely different than on the pictures or very low quality. Support when I needed was useless.

good service and website but how certain items are sold I believe is not acceptable. there's a difference between customer return and not re sellable.

Easy to navigate and to bid buy ect only negitive is long drawn out getting touch with them. part orders no comeback on them.but rest of site fine postage is reasonable and pretty quick

Hi item packing very poor otherwise everything well , so item brocken on delivery because of packing very poor so buyer loss money

A good company for the most part but the sheer lack of communication and updates on deliveries and problems within orders is unacceptable, the support request rarely works to. Other than that i really do recommend the company as there can often be good deals on here and delivery is usually on time

Most of the goods I bought were in normal condition and complete. However, I would like to inform you that some of the goods still arrived incompletely assembled or have significant damage. Therefore, I would say that buying goods on this site is in a certain category of risk.

It's ok if you get things for a good price. But when vat is added after it's annoying. Was better before that came in.

Although I understand that some items may have parts missing or could be damaged, some items are completely unsaleable and only fit for the bin.

I purchased a new item which was completely broken on arrival. It was clear the damage was caused in the delivery process as it was so badly packaged. However, I contacted Jobalots and was refunded.
