I have been buying from this company since February 2022. Most of the items are good. However, my first order was a customer return and it arrived 5 out of 6 damage. I was very disappointed but, the second order was already on its way. Then it got better afterwards. New items arrived sometimes incomplete and a few of the customer return items continued to arrive damaged. Some orders were not delivered and I had to make a few calls and sent emails for follow-up. I was fully refunded for the cost of the items, which is good. Over the last few weeks, I have had most of my customer return items that arrived damaged, incomplete, or not working at all. It would be nice if damaged items could be described as damaged or not working instead of customer return.

Overall, this is a great service, but make sure you understand the small print to avoid disappointment. Customer returns sold on the site may have been returned because they're broken and this seems to be common with crockery in particular. The new items have been great. The other issue is that a few times, I've won an item at a great price, bought other stuff that I didn't really want but it justifies the additional fees including the P+P etc, only for the item I bought to be unavailable, with a refund for that particular item. It's even more frustrating when the same item is then back on the site again the next day and gets sold for a higher price. I'm sure that this simply reflects the massive amount of merchandise which is sold on this site every day. The customer services have been helpful in the main and it's great to speak with an actual person rather than waiting forever to speak with someone who doesn't understand the problem. The payment page can be a bit clunky- I've thought that I've paid for items, only to find that the payment hasn't gone through and I've then got blocked from the site for a period of time to boot. So, all in all, a bit hit and miss and sometimes a bit disappointing, but I've had some great bargains too :)

Good site, however, delivery boxes have been arriving crumpled and hence some damaged!!! DPD state that it is the delivery company that deliver to DPD.

Description of some items should be 'used' and not customer returns. If an item you're interested in purchasing has been used and develops some faults, these problems should be clearly stated just like eBay where you can easily return items and get a refund.

There's definitely room for improvement, especially with delivery of brand new items On many occasions I received damaged items and their boxes, item that were listed as brand new

3 pallets of customer returns purchased. Condition of items was good with only a few damaged. Number of items on pallet was not good. Just over 20% short which is a higher discrepancy rate than I expected. Prompt delivery.

A very good app but did lose a lot when I did see the countdown to which I should have won…. I didn’t although I wasn’t notified that someone else won….?

Good products Very expensive delivery they automatically class pallets at 500kg even if there only 200kg when your buying lots of stuff postage should be combined

I would put 5 stars but since you have changed the time you have to pay it has made it more difficult. I won an auction for 1 lot and had to pay before 12 midnight and the other items I wanted to bid on were the following day therefore a 95 pence item with the postage was going to cost me £9.99. Please bring back the 36 hours to pay.

Positive: Good range of products, on time delivery. Negative: received broken and non functioning items. Fee were outside the spec/description given on the website.

As we do not test or check the majority of our products we would be unable to list images of the actual products, and adding in this handling time would mean that we could no longer sell goods at a fraction of the RRP. Everything goes from your part, but you use DPD, and I allways had problems with the delivery.
