I recently had the opportunity to use this platform, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The checkout process is smooth. However, I did encounter some issues with communication. While the platform is user-friendly, reaching customer support was a bit challenging. Response times were longer than expected, and I felt that clearer communication regarding order status would enhance the overall experience. Despite the communication hiccup, I would recommend this platform for its great selection and ease of use. If they can improve their customer service, it could be an outstanding shopping destination!

I really like JLI Trading but some things do annoy me. Having a white item displayed but the actual item is black or green. Why can't the correct colour be shown. Other than that I am quite happy with my purchases. Delivery is fast. Packed really well, maybe an excess of brown paper but I have a use for it.

in general, everything is good except when sellers sell unusable goods under the guise of a return (for example: a broken figurine or a blanket that was probably taken out of the trash (as if it had been lying on the street for a month) and so on)

I liked the products and they arrive fairly quickly considering its standard delivery. Areas of improvement should be a bit of respect for customers’ queries. I raised an issue that one of the products listed on the delivery record was missing and was just told bluntly that this has been checked and that it had been delivered. Luckily this was delivered following day. I also raised that of the 4 dresses I ordered, I received 2 correct ones. The other 2 were a different brand from the one I ordered and again this was not addressed. I had to settle for the alternative that I was given. Overall it is a good place to find supplies for reselling.

I have used it one time only. The issue I had and I emailed immediarly, could have probably get sorted if the emails didt take 3 days to be seen. But after being seen, Amy was back and forth with me all the time. I still had to go 3 times to Cardiff, that is 40min away from me, but at the end, I got my parcel. The site is quite easy to use. Overall experience, is good. Ahh...the phone number on the invoice also dors not work and there is no way to contact you over the phone.

Great site in general, would be better if able to combine a few days orders into one, especially at a weekend when nothing gets shipped till Monday anyhow

Would have been 5 stars but i have noticed that sometimes we’re getting charged for 5kg on things that should probably be 500g
