I have purchased a few things recently and mostly have been happy. one of my purchases didn't even vaguely match any of the images shown on screen so after reading your disclaimer that states images are for illustrative purposes I would expect the item to be similar. Because of this I will be far more careful what I bid on in future.

I didn't particularly like the concept of paying the delivery even when products are missing from shipment ( that's literally ripping the customers) And also don't like putting the items for sale even though the product literally broken physically and in unusable condition and labeling item as customer returns.

it's sort of ok, dont bid on ice makers there all broken. if it's new there isn't a problem, I've almost stopped bidding now since they stopped using PayPal. be careful what you bid for and if it's a return think what could be broken with it as to why it was returned

I have now placed 7 orders and I am very satisfied with the product quality and speed of the delivery However I feel your contact details should include a phone number for queries not solved by your FAQS Also I feel that you have to pay the same day even if you only have one item and are bidding on more the next day I feel order should be carried on to the next day to save on postage

It is great value but you take the good with the bad. Sometimes things are as per terms and conditions damaged or faulty. For example a blow up bed that has a hole in it, or the box is empty etc

3 is a bit generous tbh, please give photos of the actual items/pallets we are bidding on as some/a lot are paying good money for pallets full of junk.. Hense the tumbling Jobalots ratings.. My skip is full of hose pipes and soiled electric blankets.. No problem with the new pallets and customer support staff exelent when at last you can find how to contact them.. Joblot have made it impossible to contact them probably they can't cope?? you have to hunt for the email.. Not good!

Only recently joined, purchased 5 jobs from the site of which only 2 customers responded. Quoted 2 jobs and fulfilled 1. I am happy with the 2 jobs i quoted but unsure how the site works if you do not get any response from customers. Credits are expensive to purchase and waste on jobs where you get no response

I’ve just brought a job lot from jobs a lot, and instead of sending me a pressure washer which I’ve bidded for I’ve been sent a kitchen drawer organiser. I have emailed jobs a lot regarding my concern of this mixed up I haven’t had had any response from them.

I bought some things. But two things are unusable. The pot set I bought was broken, the bottoms of all the pots were ripped off, which I can't even look at, and a trash can with a broken lid.

I have bought this foot massager and it does not work at all and it looks very used, with a lot of marks. I know they did not sell it as new, but I did not expected they sell that kind of rubish things. I will not trust them in the future for providing good items.

Have ordered a lot lately but have had 3 none sellable items as they were broke or just didn’t work . The £25 refer a friend is a joke as we never got it, & when i complained, got a load of terms and conditions which were a load of bull .

At the moment, not very excited. I Bought C/card rolls and 25% down on the advertised quantity. Punch hole tool, NOT for normal punch holes, and deceived by the picture. OK, none of this is a big deal as the cost was minimal. Will be back to hopefully improve my experience.

I am always happy with the service I have had in the past, recently however you cannot contact anyone via telephone only email and it get answered by different staff so you never get it resolved quickly. The postal used to be with DPD which was great as you were able to change delivery date to suit, now with parcelforce and no longer get emails to say a time and date, missed my delivery twice as I could not change it. This will make me think before ordering again sorry
