Trust me buying from jobsalot from 1 year+ I'm platinum member currently and i overall spend £15-20k on jobsalot It was far better before but its getting worst and worst day by day Customer satisfaction is 0 ZERO . I dont hate this platform but i have to give feedback so you can improve. I never complained about broken or faulty product ever, I only email for missing or random sh*t sent to me. I paid £3400 for 133 drones only 1 was sent completely different brand which i never saw on jobsalot before, they said "deal with it" in simple word Tons of broken but i know and expect that but should match the brand and models as described in description. Product are not even at same standard as it use to be , far more broken and random product sent ( then they reply its directly sourced ) it doesnt even match the description, I asked them if you bidding on 5 bed house and end up given 2 bed how would you feel ? Or pay for a cat & they end up sending you a Dog ? The customer sermakes no sense The description says a product but what you receive is not even the same. Why you even put a description if you not sending that ? Remove the pictures and titles completely then your T&C will make more sense Thank you

Most things I have bought have been great but I have bought 2 cordless items that don't work best part of £50 wasted.

Auction process is very good delivery quick BUT items are really poor quality rrp stated is way over what they should be and a gross overestimate at best

As much as I will love to give Jobalots 6stars, the delivery aspect is a lot frustrating. If Jobalot has unanimously given purchased goods to a courier company, it is their responsibility to ensure customers get back what they paid for. I paid for 2 identical items and got just one delivered and it’s not fair as it is a missed opportunity even if refund is made. The auto response sent after a complain is quite frustrating. You don’t tell a customer that an item has been scanned off your warehouse hence you don’t have to take responsibility if the delivery was ever made. It is an irresponsible stance to take. I have had refunds made in the past and I have also lost items without anyone getting back to me. Jobalots deserves better but don’t let the logistics mess up your good job. Find a way out and amend your auto response.

I am pretty disappointed by the first pallet I have received. Mattresses came damaged from transport and packing and I will need to throw few away..!

I found the process easy to negotiate. I hate being constantly logged out& having to log back in. I hate the popcorn bidding & think end time should be end time & let the best man win. It’s exploitative. Obviously love the bargain. Would recommend the site & would purchase again. Think the categories could be broken down in to smaller sub categories. Think postage costs could be reduced as well as being more eco friendly. A lot of unnecessary packaging. Why not combine costs?

My experience is generally good but 1 lot in about 4 does not match the description. The usual problem is missing items or someone having swapped a used item for the new one. To be fair, there is a disclaimer on the site for this so you just have to bear in mind that the lot could be rubbish.

Quite new to this but found it great after first few orders. Last order disappointed as the make up concealer wasn’t new had been used so won’t be using it and also a rucksack has a name hand written on the inside, obviously the previous buyer did this and sent it back so it’s not the best as I wanted to offer it to my brother. Don’t know how he managed to do that having written inside it his details.

I have used jobalot for a while. And haven’t had to throw many items away. But recently there has been many items missing or boxes not sent together. Customer service is slow and I feel the pro customer service should be for us all!! And the sending the items have been very slow recently

RRP prices are silly, almost everything over priced. When buying pallets be prepared to throw at least half of it in the skip as I should have been put there in the first place and never for sale. On the up side staff are very pleasant and there is money to be made you just need a good slice of luck. 😊

Not really pleased is jus like lotteries even with brand new products I had problems, or missing orders from parcels (obviously refunded)

was better when pickup was free most cheap stuff is ok but had a few bad experiences with expensive items but overall ok`ish.

My first purchase was a glass lamp which was a customer return so I expected there to be some damaged, I didn’t however expect to receive a box of broken glass that was beyond repair. I understand that items can have damage but to have paid for postage to receive something that went straight in the bin was disappointing. Surely jobalots would have known the extent of the damage as the glass was rattling in the box. Seems like a waste of effort and money on everyone’s part. I requested a refund for the postage but was declined. My second purchase was an electrical item which was in perfect condition. I think you need to be selective with purchases and not buy any customer returns that have the potential to be junk.
