Unfortunately we tend to get items missing too often and while most of the time they get refunded they don’t always , they are also from brand new items not returns I can understand returns might have bits missing but brand new shouldn’t .

Your items are very expensive considering the quality of the items you source. Most of your items are made in China but you never disclosed it to the Customers. You allow people bidding for goods thinking they are of Western origin or standard only to receive a Chinese made products. Secondly all my items are for Africa Market and it will be unfair to pay Vat tax here and when you ship the items to Africa you have to pay Vat tax aswell. I was very upset when I came to know that you withdrew money from my account without my approval. I consider such action as unprofessional and dishonest. Mohamed Bashir.

We source our products from various retailers, whose products are manufactured from countries around the world, so we do not indicate the country of origin on any of our listings. When exporting products you need to contact the tax authorities to work on claiming your VAT back from the export. About our automatic payment, it is included in our terms and service that all won bids must be paid before midnight and if you haven't manually checked out your winning bid/s by midnight, our auto-payment feature will attempt to take payment for your outstanding bids.

£750 order still waiting for delivery 9 days later. Courier team failed to make themselves known to the occupants of the property. Jobalots do not care, the courier does not care. The products are good at good prices, but what good is that if you don't get the goods in timely fashion? Nearly £2k spent and this is how I'm treated. Highly disappointing.

Customer service from Amy was absolutely fine - my 2 star rating was about the actual listing itself and just because something is described as RAW or CUSTOMER RETURNS you can pretty much sell anything and there is no limit to how far from the advertised product it is. How you can sell a rebound net without the actual rebound net and say "oh but it said RAW" and our terms and conditions say it could have missing pieces... I think any right minded person would expect missing fixtures and fittings and possible damage to the frame but come on...the actual main bit of the listing to not be there ...that seems wrong

Having paid for the goods by midnight to prevent my account being compromised. The delivery from your 3rd party seller has still not arrived nor have I received any telephone calls from them. If I have a deadline to pay surely they should have a deadline to deliver.

Dear Jobalot, I was happy to buy these items (Order JL151923) from Jobalot. However I had a problem as I listed them for sale on my Amazon seller account. Two days after I listed them I received a counterfeit notification from Amazon. This severely affected my account health. Are these products really counterfeit products? Can you provide me any document that these products are authentic so that I can submit it to Amazon and correct my seller account health? The counterfeit notice from Amazon is below. Although bidding is fun and some of item you may win at low prices but its like drawing lucky ticket as some of customer returns are completely worthless and should have gone straight to bin. I would request JLI to not include item that more than 25% of parts are missing or beyond repair. People end up paying almost 60% of actual price and item turned out to be trash. I have experience that multiple time thus the two star.

i purchased a lot of items last year off this site 8000 to 10000 pounds worth had a few problems items ,missing etc and was hoping it might have changed but it hasnt i purchased few things this year and should have listened to my gut boxes were all sealed so there was no way it was the postage service but there were 8 items missing on one listing ,so asked for a review it then went to there refund department and there quote was the auction could be +/- 10% so if you purchase 80 items which i did it seems coincidental that 10% is missing so no refund arranged so will not use again there are plenty of other places to source virtually the same items from so why waste your monies and pay to not recieve these items you have been warned !!!!!

Usually quite good but some clothing and footwear items could do with someone putting the sizes on them as there have been times I wanted to bid but as there was no size I was put off as they were for my personal use.

My purchase has never been delivered, when I emailed you, I have been told its waiting for the collection from the depot. Never was sent an email confirming the time and date of collection, nor a card was left to notify me of a missed delivery. Not acceptable.

Fast delivery however the item was misleading the photos looked like there were no wires shown as in it was wireless and that isn’t the case

I receive aloot items broken or cut or missing peaces. Normaly need to present what you have on the box not what you can buy from bra d new. John pye is do like this. Is tru the price is more accessible but Is not trustable for me. I spend ready aloot and I receive the brokens items. I don't liked. Tha k you
