The return policy feels like a rip off, can you also try and set up a shipment consolidation plan where it is easy to by multiple goods at once and pay one time instead of mulitiple delivery payment which ends up been expensive.

I think alot of the stuff that is sold is from temu from china and not very good quality. But some things are decent enough but alot of what I have bought I probably couldn't sell

Standard delivery is taking longer than usual and Yodel drivers sometimes can just leave parcels outside your door

Items often come damaged which is down to poor packaging so be careful. I have had some items smashed to bits. It's a complete lottery about 50% OK ,but be careful bidding too much on high value electrical items. The price bid does not include VAT and the postage quoted doesn't include VAT, so you end up paying considerably more than you bid. Very much buyer beware , and JLI are not intertsed in anything being returned even if damaged due to their poor packaging.

My parcel was destroyed by your delivery service dpd sometimes last year and I sent you a message and pictures proving it. The order cost me £55 three items were included in the order but nothing was done about it . That wasn’t right by you

So much of the electrical tools I've purchased broken beyond repair. The last purchase I made was for six refrigerator dishes there was only three .

Bought several things, all have had pieces missing or was completely broken. Not impressed They also use yodel, thieving sods, why use the worst courier available is beyond normal!

In January 2024 I experienced a glitch in their oline bidding system whereby I was charged at my highest bid, rather than the bid that actually exceeded the previous bidder. I wrote to JLI using the email address given on their website and I supplied screenshots to evidence the problem. They did not reply. No wonder they are growing and making profit - overcharge your customers and get away with it and you will be quids in!!

Not great. I know the adverts are sold as customer returns but I didn’t realise they would be well used customer returns. I brought a sheepskin covered hot water bottle in a gift box and it arrived full of water. And a hose lock hosepipe that is mouldy and also full of water. Not honest adverts

Unfortunately we tend to get items missing too often and while most of the time they get refunded they don’t always , they are also from brand new items not returns I can understand returns might have bits missing but brand new shouldn’t .

Your items are very expensive considering the quality of the items you source. Most of your items are made in China but you never disclosed it to the Customers. You allow people bidding for goods thinking they are of Western origin or standard only to receive a Chinese made products. Secondly all my items are for Africa Market and it will be unfair to pay Vat tax here and when you ship the items to Africa you have to pay Vat tax aswell. I was very upset when I came to know that you withdrew money from my account without my approval. I consider such action as unprofessional and dishonest. Mohamed Bashir.

We source our products from various retailers, whose products are manufactured from countries around the world, so we do not indicate the country of origin on any of our listings. When exporting products you need to contact the tax authorities to work on claiming your VAT back from the export. About our automatic payment, it is included in our terms and service that all won bids must be paid before midnight and if you haven't manually checked out your winning bid/s by midnight, our auto-payment feature will attempt to take payment for your outstanding bids.
