“We had bees which entered through airbricks into the wall cavity. Sorry to kill bees but allergic to stings and concerns about damage to the building. It was quickly dealt with and they answered all my questions about preventing future infestations.”

“Job Ref: TC372385 Had a problem with pigeons nesting underneath my solar panels. JG Pest Control website looked as if they knew what they were doing, so phoned them up and spoke to Tom to discuss my options. A couple of photos sent through to him and he quickly came back with a detailed quote which looked reasonable. Work was booked in for the day after next. On the day, Stephen and Jay arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and then worked proficiently together. The nest was removed and bird proof mesh fitted around my panels to prevent a re-occurrence. Stephen and Jay were polite and courteous throughout, performed work to a high standard and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They were also very knowledgeable on the subject. Highly recommended”

“Had a sudden infestation of wasps in my bathroom and it was dealt with quickly and on the same day. Totally recommend them, from the person I initially spoke to on the phone, to the pest control who came out and treated the problem.”

“Overall it seems the heat treatment for bed bug eradication was effective. The technician who came was very friendly and professional. He came on time and was respectful of my property. The team I spoke to on the phone were also very friendly. However a few days later we had some more bites so after I waited a few days to see if the chemical spray would do the job and still seemed to be getting some bites I called in to ask if I should just wait the full month post chemical spray first. The lady on the phone was much less friendly and wasn't very sympathetic. She said she would send in some bed bug traps but I had to call in again to chase this up a few days later. When this finally arrived there weren't clear instructions as to how to set these up to catch any potential bugs most effectively. They look simple but I think it would be better to provide some simple instructions to make sure I'm doing it correctly because I want to catch the bugs if they're really there. Anyhow I'm still waiting to see if we catch anything and hoping we don't because the chemical spray should sort out the rogue bugs that didn't die.”

“Quick turnaround from my initial query, to getting a quote to having someone come out (all within 24 hours). I had a birds nest which needed removing, and the area disinfected. The cost for the service was definitely value for money and competitive. The technician who came out got the job done within a good time and was thorough. I would recommend JG Pest Control to family & friends needing this service.”
