“The service was very good, efficient and extremely quick ( your operative was only at our house for 15-20 mins).
I understand that you have fixed charges for your services and some jobs are harder than others, but on reflection I did think that this was, although efficient a bit expensive for the work carried out. However that is my issue and I did accept these charges prior to your staffs visit..”
“Called these guys as an emergency call out to get rid of a wasps nest. Great service! The guy on the phone who took the booking was very friendly and helpful. The chap who came to do the work was efficient, friendly and did a brilliant job. He even called me about half an hour before hand to ensure it was a convenient time to come! The job was completed in the time slot allocated.”
“The Service was quick and efficient. unfortunately the operative was not able to remove the bees nest as it was in an inaccessible position, so he had to poison them. As promised has has been no further infestation.”
“JG cleared a bees best from my father's chimney. JG were significantly cheaper than some other quotes we had though we had to pay for an additional scaffold which the other quotes had included. Getting the scaffold meant the work was delayed a couple of times. They guys that removed the nest were great. Very friendly and were great with my father especially as he has dementia.
On occasion I had some difficulty getting through to the agent that booked the nest removal and I was also told I would be sent some pictures of the chimney stack and nest which I have not received as yet. Overall job done.”

“Very efficient. The fellow that came to deal with our wasp’s nest was also polite and well mannered which was in complete contrast of people that we had out to our house before.
