“Chris came to review the situation of where we had a few coming into the lounge from behind our gas fireplace. The situation was reviewed fast and he explained everything really well and what we needed to look out for. He did a thorough check of the the property and loft, which gave us peace of mind.”

“I wasn't actually in attendance when the person came to do the job. However, I believe he did a satisfactory job and made the place safe. He did, however, arrive without a long ladder, although this had been stipulated as necessary when the order was placed.”

“It took 9 weeks to clear the property from rodents but it was successful so I am very pleased with the service. The visits were always as said on the day and time. The technicians were polite and helpful.”

“Our problem was a wasps nest. The respone to our enquiry was quick. The operative explained about the problem and the proposed solution, with obvious knowledge of the subject. The treatment was applied and the total outcome was exactly as predicted. The nest was completely removed, thank you.”
