Arrived on right day, but no call first as promised.
Wasps in loft treated.
Some wasps still there after 7 days so rang and another man came. He said he was unable to get in loft(! I can aged 64) . However another man was sent on another day and dealt with the remainder of wasps.
So mostly good. I would use them again . Need to ring half an hour or so beforehand as told on the phone.”

unfortunately the local outfit were 5th on the google search I did and I didnât see it in time having seen 4 ânationalâ outfits first but thatâs another issue and a learning point for me.
I wouldnât be surprised if these people actually used the local company to be honest making a very easy buck praying on those like me whom are a bit on the busy side to shop around for hours
They also operate a âyou canât change your mind policyâ over ruling any right to cancellation (but allow changes to the time slot! ), meaning that even 5 minutes later I couldnât cancel when I saw I was being ripped off.... wonder why that is !
That said they did the job .. but it was just a wasp nest and a 15 minute hit
