“Extremely happy with your service which has eradicated the wasp pest issue, there was no sign or activity from any wasps the next day after the call out.”
“Terms stated clearly on phone.
Arrived on right day, but no call first as promised.
Wasps in loft treated.
Some wasps still there after 7 days so rang and another man came. He said he was unable to get in loft(! I can aged 64) . However another man was sent on another day and dealt with the remainder of wasps.
So mostly good. I would use them again . Need to ring half an hour or so beforehand as told on the phone.”
“Excellent response time to deal with a large wasp nest, in our attic. Thoroughly professional job, with clear concise instructions from the pest controller.”
“We were delighted with the service. The wasps nest in our loft was destroyed. The gentleman who came was very professional and kind. Sorry I canât remember his name. He deserved a gold star â︔
“The service was very good and the technician was very knowledgable. The service was quick and effiecent, which made the whole process very easy to deal with.”
“Precisely double the price of the local company for precisely the same task
unfortunately the local outfit were 5th on the google search I did and I didnât see it in time having seen 4 ânationalâ outfits first but thatâs another issue and a learning point for me.
I wouldnât be surprised if these people actually used the local company to be honest making a very easy buck praying on those like me whom are a bit on the busy side to shop around for hours
They also operate a âyou canât change your mind policyâ over ruling any right to cancellation (but allow changes to the time slot! ), meaning that even 5 minutes later I couldnât cancel when I saw I was being ripped off.... wonder why that is !
That said they did the job .. but it was just a wasp nest and a 15 minute hit
Would not recommend at all
Shop local shop wise donât get ripped off like me”
“Same day response was good, did a good job of killing the nest. Would be good if the high cost covered the removal of the nest once it had been vacated”
