“The 1st lad turned up looked at problem said was too big a job for him personally so the 2nd person came and resolved wasps in loft within 15mins. Quite expensive for what was actually done.”
“AVOID , absolutely shocking service, promised a 3 month gaurentee which was not the case. Refuses to refund even though I still have the pests. No solution, nothing. Ridiculous pricing, just AVOID.”
As I said on September 19th 2019 “We are happy to continue working with you but I personally think your problem is bigger/deeper.
We can keep spraying but my concern is that this will only be a temporary and short term solution.”
So I think you suggesting that we have not followed through is very unfair. I was happy to continue to work with but I was using my knowledge and experience to try and help you in the long term as well as the short term.

“Very expensive spent 5 mins didnt need ladder suit anything told me i couldnt but the stuff they used then looked it up and coyld get ut for less than £12 i could get all the equipment outfir everything for less than £50 he got out the van put the extension pole on one spray and he was done ir cost over £150 thats £30 a minute im disabled and on a small disability benefit or i would have done it myself the young lad was very nice and it did work and they did come out the following day but will tey and get someone else next time”
“Excellent response to my phone call as the person I spoke to gave me very accurate information and the cost involved. Their operative arrived very promptly, assessed where the problem wasps nest was and treated it straigt away. Assured me that if there was a problem afterwards they would return as there was a three week guarantee for a return visit. I had no further problem after the treatment on the first visit, excellent service, highly recommended.”
