“1. Ordered 1 roll of wallpaper - arrived quickly 2. Ordered samples - I was sent 2 lots of incorrect samples addressed to me, but on opening they were both for different people. This aspect of your service needs improving”

“Easy website to use with lots of advice. I phoned for some detailed help after which I was able to submit my order, which came in less than 4 weeks, for a large handmade curtain. Great quality curtain and we are pleased with the final result. All I needed was a bit more info re the time of delivery and the progress of the making.”

“I purchased a sample of wall paper. The quality is very good and I now plan to by the paper for my room. I was a little disappointed in the size of the sample I would have prefered it yo be a little larger.”

“Easy to order and lovely fabric, so very pleased with these aspects. The downside was delivery- I received an email from JC to say there was a delay in delivery which I wasn’t worried about. Later that day I received another email to say it was being dispatched, with a tracking number. I checked this and the fabric was not with UPS. The following day, with no notification the parcel was left outside around the corner of the property with a note to say ‘sorry we’ve missed you’ with a pen diagram of where to find the 2 rolls of fabric! Good job that I live in a safe neighbourhood ;).”

“Very good service. The curtains are made to an excellent quality and these are the second set of curtains I have had made by Jane Clayton. My only comment is this set of curtains had no pocket at the end of the tape in which to tuck the coiled strings. My last set provided this. It doesn't make such a neat job when there is nowhere to tuck the strings.”

“Ordered wallpaper samples having seen the patterns in sample book and online. Needed to see what effect would be in room, with different lighting etc. I know the pattern is reasonablely large but only received a small sample that did not show the pattern and a limited number of the colours used. With the sample sent it was not possible to make an informed choice as to the suitability for my situation. This practice of sending small samples is self defeating especially for premium wallpapers incorporating large designs, as I would not spend upwards of £700 based on the sapmle recieved.”

“Prompt delivery. Package buckled upon receipt. Delivery man asked us to check contents before he left. Wallpaper was not damaged.”

“On the whole good. Only complaint was that despite being sent an email telling me that I could track my parcel so that I knew when it was arriving it was just delivered before the tracking facility kicked in. Fortunately we were in, otherwise it would have been left on the doorstep all day.”

“Whilst the period from order to delivery was longer than anticipated - 13 weeks - teh headbpard is beautifully made. The delivery drivers were helpful, polite and well within the half hour eta provided.”

“The quality of the blinds that i ordered and received are excellent and exactly what we were looking for. there was quite a long lead time on the order which was expected but more communication would have been appreciated in terms of managing delivery expectations.”

“This paper is a dream to work with, although a lot of waste due to it's pattern repeat. Very expensive but I think worth it a s it looks stunning up on my feature wall.”

“Wallpaper arrived very promptly, in perfect condition. Unfortunately the carrier gave very short notice, I was unable to leave porch open so package left in rather damp garden. Luckily wrapping robust so no harm done.”

“Wallpaper arrived promptly. Unfortunately the roll we bought to make sure we had enough was non returnable. This wasn’t made clear when we made the purchase and no reason was given in the email we received after trying to return it. Very disappointing especially bearing in mind the cost per roll”

“I was sent five wallpaper samples which I had requested. It was easy to navigate the website and the order was sent promptly. If I have any criticism it would be that the wallpaper samples are far too small and in my opinion need to be double the size . Not A4 size. Other than that a good selection and variety on offer.”

“Hello I am happy the only think is my purchase is still with custom control service and I did not gat my delivery on time . From UPS non agent they ask me to provide a lot information about my order also EORI number which I don’t have it is a bit of confusion!”
