“Whilst the period from order to delivery was longer than anticipated - 13 weeks - teh headbpard is beautifully made. The delivery drivers were helpful, polite and well within the half hour eta provided.”

“The quality of the blinds that i ordered and received are excellent and exactly what we were looking for. there was quite a long lead time on the order which was expected but more communication would have been appreciated in terms of managing delivery expectations.”

“Wallpaper arrived very promptly, in perfect condition. Unfortunately the carrier gave very short notice, I was unable to leave porch open so package left in rather damp garden. Luckily wrapping robust so no harm done.”

“Wallpaper arrived promptly. Unfortunately the roll we bought to make sure we had enough was non returnable. This wasn’t made clear when we made the purchase and no reason was given in the email we received after trying to return it. Very disappointing especially bearing in mind the cost per roll”

“I was sent five wallpaper samples which I had requested. It was easy to navigate the website and the order was sent promptly. If I have any criticism it would be that the wallpaper samples are far too small and in my opinion need to be double the size . Not A4 size. Other than that a good selection and variety on offer.”

“Hello I am happy the only think is my purchase is still with custom control service and I did not gat my delivery on time . From UPS non agent they ask me to provide a lot information about my order also EORI number which I don’t have it is a bit of confusion!”

“Lovely quality paper. Really quick delivery. I opted for the free samples . I had chosen wallpapers with large designs and patterns, but due to my naivety, I now realise I should have paid for larger samples as I could only see a very small part of the over all design.”

“The company are very good . The fabric was lovely although a slightly different colour to the picture . The worst part was the delivery UPS rescheduled 3 times and then when tracked it . It said delivered to an address 10 miles away. With very few details . Eventually after opening an account with them to get more details . It hadn't even left the depot ! . I suggest They should get a different delivery company !!”

“Beautiful headboard, very well made. Process of ordering very easy with contacting on email fast and efficient. I would have given 5 stars but the delivery of the item came somewhat short. Having asked for the headboard to be delayed due to my being away and arranging a date when I was back for it to be dispatched, this did not happen. I contacted them via email and phone and was asuured the headboard was going out the following day, which it didn't. I then had to ring again a few days later to find out it hadn't even been despatched. After insisting I have a despatch date they did despatch the following day and the couriers used were reliable and efficient. I would definitely order from JC & Co again even with the delivery problems.”

“Jane Clayton was the only UK website that had a Brink and Campman all wool rug that looked similar to one I bought 15 years ago that needed replacing. The correct order arrived safely within the advertised time period. It is lighter in colour than I wanted from the pictures but is good quality. When buying my next rug I will need to travel to see the rug in person first.”

“Whereas this is no fault of yours, the fabric was so different in person versus the way it looked online. I had ordered a sample of the main pattern (large floral design) and assumed the coordinates would go well as they are part of the same collection. I even inquired about this. However the greens didn’t coordinate and the checked fabric online looked like it had some peach in it to match the floral but it turned out to be completely different. I know I took a chance not ordering samples for all three fabrics I purchased instead of just the one but unfortunately now I have to accept I spent a lot of money, can’t return it and can’t use it. Lesson learned for sure. Additionally I want to add that it was very inconvenient to have to be home to sign for the delivery. I missed the delivery twice as I wasn’t home and was so fearful of missing the 3rd attempt as I was warned it would be returned to the seller.”

“Lovely fabric at a good price, especially with the sale. Website was very difficult to use as it wasn't fully functional between three browsers, two mobile phones. Eventually worked using Chrome on a desktop.”

“On this occasion a long delay getting the wallpaper. Admittedly ordered just after Christmas but had to chase order. Great response from office staff but still took 10 working days, 14 in total.”

“Ordered wallpaper which took longer to arrive than was expected. Jane Clayton kept me informed of the delay however and posted on promptly once they received it. Very pleased with the service and wallpaper. Great job, thank you.”
